The information I have supplied is complete and true. I understand that if any of the information is found to be incomplete, false or misleading the Academy may cancel any offer made, or my registration and there will be no reduction, refund or cancellation of fees. I understand that if I discontinue or change course of study at any time, there will be no cancellation or reduction of fees. The person responsible for payment of student fees will still be liable for full payment of the year’s fees, unless the student discontinues due to serious injury sustained or serious condition diagnosed after enrolment, which prevents the student from continuing with their year. The person responsible for payment of student fees is encouraged to disclose any pre-existing conditions before enrolment. This information gives academic personnel the opportunity to advise a different course structure if they consider it necessary for the student to be successful.

I understand the conditions of the continuation of any fee assistance awarded within my first year of study as well as the potential re-consideration for any further fee assistance in the following years of my studies: Minimum 80% class attendance. Minimum 50% grade for all modules. Complete payment of remainder of fees due to the Academy. Affordability for the Academy to award fee assistance in a particular year.
