The Elizabeth Galloway Academy of Fashion Design presents its annual student fashion show at The Protea Hotel, Techno Park, Stellenbosch on Monday June 17 2013.
This annual showcase is building a reputation of being a ‘not to be-missed’ event on the fashion industry calendar and represents some of the inspiring and creative designs from SA’s future top designers.
The students will showcase their collections at three shows throughout the day, at 15h00, 18h00 and 20h00.
Collections from the Introduction to Fashion Design, 1st and 2nd year students will be seen at the 15h00 show. The Introduction to Fashion Design and 1st year students will showcase their ranges designed in collaboration with HIP HOP FASHION. The 2nd year students will be displaying their transformation garments which could be selected for this year’s SA Fashion Week Student Competition.
The 18h00 and 20h00 fashion shows will represent the talents of the 3rd year students who will be displaying their unique self-expression ranges. The self-expression ranges encourage the students to unleash their creativity through 3 ensembles that they feel best explores their interest in fashion.
We are excited to be working with Stellenbosch Hair Academy and Bodyography Professional Cosmetics and Make-up Academy South Africa, who will be styling the HAIR and MAKE-UP for all the shows.
